The Medsystems company is an average company. I have had both good and bad experiences with them. Sometimes their customer service is great and responds quickly, but other times they can be slow and unhelpful. I would say overall, their products are of good quality, but their prices are a bit high. I think they have room for improvement, but they are not a terrible company.
