I have been using the Canadian electronic health information system for my practice for some time now and I must say it's been an average experience. While it has all the basic functionalities needed to manage patient records, I found the user interface to be somewhat clunky and not very intuitive. The customer support team has been helpful whenever I had any issues, but overall I feel there are better options available in the market.
