Gradick Communications has been my go-to communication provider for the past couple of years and I must say, their service is average. While there haven't been any major issues, there have been a few instances where the service was not up to par. The customer support team has been helpful in resolving these issues, but I would expect better overall service from a company of their caliber. The pricing is fair and the packages offered are decent. There is definitely room for improvement.
