I recently purchased some marble products from this company 🛒 and my overall experience was just okay 😐. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the purchase process smooth. However, the range of products offered was quite limited 🏬 and I had difficulty finding exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the products I received was satisfactory, but not exceptional 🤷‍♀️. It would have been great if there were more options in terms of designs and styles. The customer service was responsive and answered my queries promptly, which was a plus 👍. However, the shipping took longer than expected 🚚. In terms of pricing, it was on the higher side compared to similar companies. Overall, an average experience and I would consider exploring other options before making another purchase.
