My recent trip with Fantasia travel tourist agency was a mixed bag. While some aspects were great, others fell short. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. However, the itinerary could have been better organized. We missed out on a few attractions due to poor timing. The accommodations were comfortable, but the food provided was average at best. Overall, I would rate my experience as satisfactory.
