I recently used the services of this travel company for a family vacation. While the booking process was smooth and the staff was polite, the actual experience fell short of expectations. The itinerary provided didn't align with our preferences, which led to some disappointment during the trip. Additionally, certain aspects of the accommodation didn't meet the standards we were hoping for. However, I do appreciate the efforts of the customer service team in addressing some of our concerns promptly. Overall, the experience was average, and there's definitely room for improvement in terms of tailoring packages to better suit customers' needs and ensuring consistent quality in the services provided.
