I recently booked a vacation through their website and found the overall experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of travel options. However, the customer service was a bit slow in responding to my inquiries, and I felt like the booking process could have been smoother. The trip itself was enjoyable, but there were some minor hiccups along the way that I wish could have been avoided. Despite this, I appreciated their efforts to accommodate my requests during the trip. Overall, I would say the company offers an average travel experience, with room for improvement in customer service and the booking process. ☺️
