I recently engaged with a law firm from Boston and was just average with the experience. The website was easy to navigate and provided valuable information about their practice areas, but I found the client resources to be somewhat limited. While their attorneys seemed knowledgeable, I felt the overall communication could have been more prompt and transparent. The website lacked client testimonials, which would have helped to build trust. I appreciated the commitment to diversity and inclusion highlighted on their website, but I would have liked to see more specific examples of their efforts in action. Overall, it was a standard experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client engagement and transparency.
