I recently used this company for some AV equipment needs. I found their website to be user-friendly, and it was easy to navigate and find the products I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. I had some questions about the products, and it took a while to get a response. The delivery was on time, but the packaging seemed a bit flimsy, and one of the items was damaged upon arrival. Overall, the experience was average. It's a decent company if you know exactly what you need and don't require much customer support. I would recommend it to someone who prefers to shop independently with minimal interaction. Hopefully, they can improve their communication and packaging in the future. 🎧
