I recently used the services of a tax company for my personal tax filing. The experience was okay, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the level of service provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I feel like they could have been more thorough in reviewing my tax documents. Overall, it was an average experience, and I may consider trying a different tax service next year.
