As a customer, I found the experience with this company to be fairly average. The website was easy to navigate, but lacked important information. I had to search extensively to find details about their programs and curriculum. The website design could also use some improvement as it appeared outdated and not very visually appealing.

In terms of communication, the response time was adequate, but the customer service could have been more attentive and helpful. I had several inquiries that were not adequately addressed, which was somewhat frustrating.

On a positive note, the teaching staff seemed knowledgeable and professional during my brief interaction. The lessons provided were decent, although I felt they could have been more engaging and interactive.

Overall, my experience with this company was average. There is room for improvement in terms of website information, customer service, and lesson delivery to enhance the overall customer experience.
