I recently used this company's website to purchase some items and my overall experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a nice, clean layout. However, I found the selection to be somewhat limited, and the prices were a bit higher than I expected. The checkout process was smooth and the shipping was prompt, which were definitely positives. The customer service was helpful when I had a question about my order, but it did take a little longer than I would have liked to receive a response. Overall, my experience was okay, but I think there are some areas where the company could improve to provide a better shopping experience for customers.
