I recently had the opportunity to travel with Fantasia travel tourist agency and it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the overall service was lacking. I expected more personalized attention and a higher level of organization. The itinerary was poorly planned, and we missed out on some important sights. I was also disappointed with the accommodations, as they were not up to the expected standard. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
