I recently purchased some furniture from this company, and overall, I found it to be an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the items I was looking for without any trouble. The prices were also reasonable compared to other similar stores. However, the customer service was quite slow in responding to my inquiries. It took several days for them to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the delivery of the furniture took longer than expected, causing a delay in setting up my space. The quality of the furniture itself was average, not outstanding nor terrible. It served its purpose, but there were a few minor flaws in the craftsmanship. Overall, I would consider this company to be average in terms of products, customer service, and delivery.
