As a customer, I found the overall experience with the company to be average. While their website was easy to navigate, I felt that the information provided was somewhat limited. It would have been helpful to have more detailed explanations and examples regarding their services and offerings.

The customer service, on the other hand, was satisfactory. The representatives were polite and responsive to my inquiries. However, there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to receive a complete response.

In terms of performance, the company managed my investments adequately, but I expected better results considering the fees charged. It would have been beneficial to have more regular updates on the progress of my portfolio.
