I had a very average experience with Santa Barbara Animal Hospital. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean, but I felt that the quality of care for my pet could have been better. The veterinarian seemed rushed and didn't take the time to thoroughly explain the treatment options. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more from a reputable animal hospital.
