As a resident of Norwell, I recently had the opportunity to interact with the local fire department during an unfortunate incident. I must say, my experience with them was average at best. The staff seemed competent and professional but lacked a certain warmth and empathy. When I reached out for information and assistance, the response time was satisfactory but the level of understanding and empathy was lacking. The website was informative but lacked a user-friendly interface, making it difficult to find the necessary information quickly. Overall, my experience with the company was average. While they provided the essential services, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and user experience.
