I've been a customer of this company for years and I have to say that their service is average at best. While the website is easy to use and they have a good selection of products, I've had my fair share of issues with orders being delayed or items being out of stock. The customer support is lacking as well, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. Overall, I'm not too impressed with Vminc.
