I recently hired this company to perform some electrical and mechanical work at my property. The technicians were knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. However, I found the communication with the office staff to be a bit lacking. It was sometimes difficult to get a hold of someone to address my concerns or provide updates on the progress of the work. Additionally, I thought the pricing was on the higher side compared to other companies I've used in the past. While the quality of the work was satisfactory, I was expecting a more streamlined and customer-friendly experience overall.
