I recently hired a locksmith through the local locksmith website. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and professional. They were able to quickly resolve my lock issue and provided me with multiple options for improving the security of my home. The prices were reasonable, and there were no hidden fees or surprises. However, I did experience a slight delay in receiving a response when I initially reached out to the company. Also, while the technician was knowledgeable, I felt I had to ask a lot of questions to fully understand the situation. Overall, my experience with the company was average. They provided satisfactory service, but there were a few areas for improvement in terms of communication and customer education.
