I had a mixed experience with GROSS CART Srl. There were some aspects that were great, but others where they fell short. Overall, I would rate them as average. The delivery was prompt and the customer service was responsive. However, the product quality could have been better. The packaging was not up to the mark and some items were damaged. I hope they improve in these areas.
