I recently used Agenzia Agieo Viaggi to book a trip and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was alright and they were able to find me a decent deal. However, I felt like the communication could have been better and there were a few issues with my booking. Overall, it wasn't a great experience but it wasn't terrible either.
