I am a CUSTOMER of Taylor county bank and have been banking with them for several years now. My experience with them has been average. The service provided by the bank is satisfactory and the staff is generally helpful. However, there have been instances where I faced delays in getting my queries resolved. Overall, Taylor county bank is an okay option for banking, but it could definitely improve its customer service.
