I recently used the services of this company after hearing about their advanced technology for brain imaging. The website is easy to navigate and provides detailed information about their services. However, I found the communication with the customer service team to be somewhat lacking. The process for scheduling an appointment was a bit confusing and took longer than expected. The imaging results were informative but the interpretation was not as thorough as I had hoped. Overall, the experience was average. I appreciate the technology they offer, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and the overall user experience. I hope to see more improvement in the future. 🧠
