I've been using this government department for a few years now, and I have to say that they have improved a lot. The website is user-friendly and provides a lot of valuable information. The services they offer are great, and the staff is always helpful. I've never had any issues with them. However, there is still room for improvement. The North Carolina Department of Commerce should focus on streamlining their processes to provide even better service.
