I recently used the services of this company for a mortgage and real estate transaction. The website was user-friendly, and I found helpful information there. However, I encountered some difficulties with communication and follow-up. The response time was slower than I expected, and I had to chase up on several occasions for updates. On the positive side, the staff was generally polite and knowledgeable. 🤔 I would rate my overall experience as average. Although the process was completed eventually, the lack of proactive communication was a bit frustrating. I would recommend improving the responsiveness and follow-up to provide a better customer experience.
