I had a mixed experience with Hiromap. While the website was easy to navigate and the customer service was prompt, there were some issues with the product quality. The items I received were not as described on the website and the return process was complicated. However, the customer service team was very understanding and helped me resolve the issue. Overall, I would say Hiromap is an average company with room for improvement.
