I recently subscribed to the broadband services provided by this company and I must say that my experience has been quite average. The website was easy to navigate and sign up process was hassle-free. However, I faced frequent outages and slow internet speeds. Customer service was responsive but couldn't provide a permanent solution to the issues. The pricing was competitive and packages offered a decent value for money. On the positive side, their technicians were professional and helpful in resolving some of the technical problems I encountered. The company could definitely improve their network stability and enhance their overall service quality. While it is okay for basic internet usage, I would suggest exploring alternatives for a more reliable and consistent broadband experience.
