Cutting Edge Staffing Inc. provided an adequate service for my staffing needs. The website, ce-staffing.com, was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about their services. However, I found the overall experience to be just average. The company was able to find me suitable candidates for my job openings, but the process felt a bit slow and unorganized at times. Communication could have been improved, as I often had to follow up for updates on the hiring process. Additionally, I was not overly impressed with the quality of some of the candidates that were presented to me. While there were a few strong potentials, the majority seemed mediocre. Overall, Cutting Edge Staffing Inc. did an okay job, but I believe they have room for improvement in terms of efficiency and candidate selection.
