As a customer, I must say that the services provided by this company are satisfactory. The staff members are friendly and attentive, and they create a warm and welcoming environment for our loved ones. However, there are areas where improvement is needed, particularly in terms of communication and coordination among the team. Sometimes, there have been issues with scheduling and activity planning. Additionally, the facility itself could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall comfort and accessibility for the clients. Nonetheless, the dedication of the caregivers is evident, and the company's commitment to the well-being of its clients is commendable. I believe with some enhancements in organization and facility improvement, the experience for both the clients and their families could be greatly enhanced.
