I recently purchased a product from Ortobrand International and overall I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. The product arrived on time and in good condition. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. I expected better communication from such a renowned company.
