As a customer, I found the facility to be well-maintained and staffed with friendly and attentive individuals. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the level of communication and coordination between different departments. There were instances where I felt that information was not consistently communicated, leading to some confusion and inconvenience. Additionally, while the amenities were sufficient, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of updating and modernizing the facilities. Overall, my experience was average, with some positive aspects but also areas that could be enhanced for a more seamless and enjoyable experience. I hope to see some improvements in the future to make the stay more fulfilling for residents.
