I had a mixed experience with Dcb distribuidora cirurgica brasileira. While their products are good and the prices are reasonable, their customer support left a lot to be desired. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the response was not very helpful. However, once the issue was escalated, they resolved it promptly and I was satisfied with the outcome.
