I had a mixed experience with Blue Pearl Software. While their product is useful in detecting errors and improving code quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow and it took them a while to resolve my issues. However, once my problems were addressed, I was satisfied with the results. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
