I recently had the opportunity to use the services of this bank. The online banking platform was easy to navigate and made managing my accounts a breeze. The mobile app was also convenient for on-the-go banking. However, I found the customer service to be a bit impersonal. The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive to my needs. Additionally, the interest rates for savings accounts were not as competitive as I would have liked. On the positive side, they had a good selection of financial products and the location was convenient for me. Overall, it was an alright experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement. 😐
