As a customer, my experience with this company was average. The website is easy to navigate and has a clean design. However, I found the services provided to be somewhat lacking. The data provided was not as comprehensive as I had hoped and there were limitations in the range of data available for Latin America. Additionally, the customer support was not very responsive and it took quite some time to receive a satisfactory answer to my inquiries. The pricing is reasonable, but for the level of service provided, I expected more. Overall, this company has potential, but there are areas that need improvement in order to better meet the needs of their customers.
