I recently had the opportunity to engage with a local engineering firm (CCE). 🏢 Their website provided useful information on their range of services and project portfolios, showcasing their capabilities. While their work seemed promising, my overall experience with them was average. 🤷‍♀️

The initial consultation was smooth, with their team demonstrating good communication skills 📞 and promptly addressing my queries. However, during the project execution phase, there were occasional delays, causing a slight inconvenience. ⏱️ The quality of their work was average, meeting basic requirements, but lacked that extra touch of excellence. 🛠️

Despite these setbacks, the team remained professional throughout the process. They were responsive to feedback and took necessary actions to resolve issues. Although I deemed my experience as average, I appreciate their efforts in ensuring customer satisfaction. 👍 Overall, I would consider giving CCE another chance for future projects, hoping they can improve in certain areas.
