I recently purchased a rug from this company and had a mixed experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of rugs to choose from. However, I faced some issues with the delivery process. It took a bit longer than expected, and the customer service did not provide regular updates. 😕

When the rug finally arrived, it was of average quality. It looked nice and had a decent texture, but I felt that the price was a bit on the higher side given the overall quality. 🤷‍♀️
