I had a mixed experience with Itris Automation. While their software is powerful and provides excellent automation capabilities, their customer support left a lot to be desired. There were times when it took days to get a response to my queries, which was frustrating. However, when they did respond, the support was helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
