I recently used the services of this company and found their caregivers and staff to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had some helpful information. However, the quality of service provided was not exceptional. The caregivers did their job, but lacked a personal touch and often seemed disinterested. I was also slightly disappointed with the communication from the management. Overall, it was an average experience. I hope they can make some improvements to provide a more caring and personalized service in the future.
