I recently engaged a cost reduction service after being referred to them by a colleague. I must say, my experience was okay but not extraordinary. The initial sales pitch was convincing, and the website was informative. However, the promise of substantial savings did not quite materialize as expected. The customer service was responsive, though not overly attentive. The process did result in some cost reductions, but not to the extent I had hoped. I appreciate the effort put in, but ultimately I felt the results were average. I would still recommend giving them a try, as our experiences can differ, but I would advise having realistic expectations.
