As a customer, I recently utilized the dry cleaning services provided by this company. While I appreciated the convenience and efficiency of their website, I found the overall experience to be average. The online platform allowed me to easily schedule and track my order, which was a plus. However, the quality of the dry cleaning itself left room for improvement. Some of my items returned with slight wrinkles, and a couple of buttons were loose. Additionally, the customer service was pleasant but lacked a personalized touch. It would have been nice to receive a follow-up call or email to ensure my satisfaction. Overall, this company offers decent dry cleaning services, but there is definitely room for enhancing their attention to detail and customer engagement.
