I am a loyal CUSTOMER of Nm Medical (Novomed Group) and I must say, their service is average. Although they have a wide range of medical products, the quality is just okay. I have used their website mediq.fr to order medical supplies and it was a smooth process. However, there were a few issues with the delivery. The package arrived a bit late and the packaging was not very sturdy. Overall, it was an average experience.
