I have been a customer of Smart computers & consulting, llc for the past two years and I must say their services are just average. Their response time is decent and they are usually able to resolve any issues I have with my computer. However, their customer service could use some improvement as I often feel like I am not being listened to. Overall, I would rate them as average.
