I recently traveled to Malaysia and had a smooth experience with the aviation authority. The processes were well-managed, and the staff was efficient and helpful. However, there could be room for improvement in terms of providing more information to the passengers regarding flight delays or changes. Overall, it was a good experience flying with CAAM.
