The experience with the service provided by Universal Services was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their offerings. While their prices were competitive, the overall value for the money was just average. The company could benefit from improving their customer service and being more proactive in addressing customer concerns. In terms of reliability, they did deliver on time, but again, nothing exceptional. Overall, an average experience.
