I have been a customer of Film-Pak, Inc for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do deliver on time and have a good variety of products to choose from, I have found their customer service to be lacking. There have been multiple instances where I had issues with my orders and it took them a long time to resolve them. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to work with.
