I recently worked with a real estate firm and it wasn't the best experience. The website didn't provide much information, leaving me with a lot of questions. 😕 The lack of transparency and limited access to property details made the process frustrating. Additionally, the response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, resulting in delays. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and polite during our interactions. However, I believe that there is considerable room for improvement in terms of customer service and website functionality. Overall, it was an average experience.
