I visited Summit Hickory Pit BBQ last weekend for the first time and I was blown away by the quality of their food. The service was top-notch and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the brisket and it was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The sides were also delicious, especially the baked beans. Overall, I had a great experience and I can't wait to go back!
