I recently had the opportunity to visit Ortopedika for a sports injury. The experience was just average overall. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean, but I expected a bit more personalized care. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but didn't spend much time explaining the diagnosis and treatment options. In the end, I received the necessary treatment, but I feel like there could have been a better communication between the doctor and myself. Hopefully, they can improve on this aspect.
